Delete Your Account

Calx — Effective June 11, 2026

You can permanently delete your Calx account and all associated data — profile, meal logs, food photos, weight history, and usage records.

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

1. Open Calx and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — by email

Email hexarlabs@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, profile and goals, all logged meals and food photos, weight history, subscription records, and usage counters. Active subscriptions should additionally be cancelled in the Google Play Store (Play manages billing, not us).
